The machined from aircraft grade 7075 T6 billet aluminum lower receiver features Springfield Armory's proprietary adjustable Accu-Tite Tension system. An enhanced, nickel boron coated single-stage flat trigger ensures a grit-free pull for consistent accuracy, while the enhanced bolt carrier group is finished with super-hard Melonite and carries a premium 9310 HPT/MPI steel bolt, superior to mil-spec. The SAINT Edge also offers an exclusive Springfield Armory mid-size design charging handle and ambi thum safety. The SAINT Edge PDW is built on a billet lower and features an M-Lok free float forend. With a 1:7 twist 5.5" barrel and all new Maxim Defense SCW brace, the complete 5.56mm package measures just 18.75 inches, making it our shortest SAINT Pistol ever.
